Classic Klondike, dealt one card at a time. Tap the stock to turn a card. Tap a face-up card to pick it up (a run moves with it), then tap where it should go — build the four foundations up from Ace to King, and the tableau down in alternating colours. Only a King starts an empty column. Clear all 52 cards to win; your best time is saved on this device.

Quick start
Turn a card
Tap the face-down deck to flip one card onto the waste pile beside it.
Build down, alternate colours
In the seven columns, a red seven sits on a black eight, and so on down the ranks.
Build up by suit
Send Aces to the four foundations at the top, then twos, then threes, all the way to Kings.
Clear the table
Get all fifty-two cards onto the foundations and the clock stops on your time.
Read the board
However you like to play
Mouse or trackpad
Click a card to select it, then click where it should go. Click the deck to turn a card, and click the recycle symbol once the deck runs out.
Touch
Tap to select, tap to place. There is no dragging, so a long run never slips out of your fingers mid-move.
Keyboard
Cards, the deck, the foundations and empty columns are all reachable with Tab and activate with Enter or Space. Each card announces its rank and suit, and each foundation announces its top card.
What actually helps
- Turn over the face-down cards first. A column you cannot see is a column you cannot plan around. Prefer a move that flips a hidden card over one that merely tidies.
- Do not rush Aces upward. A low card on the foundation cannot come back down to accept a run. Keep twos and threes in play while you still need them.
- Empty a column early. An empty column takes a King, and a King with a run behind it unblocks half the board.
- The deck recycles without limit. Cycling the whole stock costs you moves and nothing else, so read the waste before you commit to a doubtful move.
Which version of solitaire is this?
Klondike, turning one card at a time from the deck.
Can I recycle the deck?
Yes, and as often as you like. When the deck empties, a recycle symbol appears in its place and turns the waste pile back over.
How do I move several cards at once?
Select the deepest card of the run you want to move. If the cards below it form a valid descending, alternating-colour sequence, the whole run travels together.
What can go into an empty column?
Only a King, or a run headed by a King.
Is there drag and drop?
No. Every move is tap to select, then tap to place. This keeps the game usable on touch screens and by keyboard alike.
What counts as a move?
Every card you turn from the deck and every card or run you relocate. The counter is a measure of effort, not of skill.
When does the clock start?
On your first move, not when the cards are dealt. Study the board for as long as you like.
Is every deal winnable?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Klondike deals are shuffled at random and a minority cannot be solved from any line of play. If a deal looks dead, it may well be. Press Deal for a fresh one.
